Band à Part y Linda Guilala, por unas Olimpiadas poperas

El próximo 28 de mayo se editará el disco ‘It’s The Taking Part That Counts’, un homenaje musical a los 26 deportes que se practicarán en los Juegos Olímpicos de Londres. En él, hay espacio para la electrónica, el folk, el pop o el indie, ya que cuenta con artistas como Saint Etienne, Darren Hayman o White Town. La representación española viene de la mano de Band à Part y Linda Guilala. Los primeros rinden homenaje a la equitación con la canción ‘Cascabel’, que te ofrecemos a continuación.

Por su parte, Linda Guilala acaban de estrenar su tema. Se trata de ‘Morir ahogada’, su propuesta de pop con tintes shoegaze con la que se refieren a la navegación. Además, también se ha habilitado de cara a los Juegos la biblioteca musical del locutor y periodista John Peel como parte de la plataforma The Space.
