Guille Milkyway wins the Goya award for best original song "Yo tambi?n"

The seventies styled pop rumba of Guille Milkyway, central song of the movie,Yo, también, directed by Álvaro Pastor and Antonio Naharro, took the Goya for Best Original Song and the Catalan musician was not expecting it, “nothing further from my imagination and my world”.
Dressed for the occasion in a black polo and a striped tie, the “engine” of La Casa Azul told us that “he had not thought absolutely anything” about his outfit but that he was in the mood for “a special touch”, a more personal way of dressing that, in the end, almost without wanting to, distinguished him a bit from the prevailing style.
Clothes apart and asked about the strategic future positioning the Goya would have in his house he joked, “I will keep it safely in a drawer, well, maybe that sounds a little extreme, doesn’t it? I don’t know where I’m going to put it".
Milkyway told us, live through his Twitter and for RTVE.es <http://twitter.com/guillemilkyway> , about the moment they gave him the award: “oh!! the Goya!! the most important thing is not to trip right now, which would be so typical of me, and not to act like a clown because those things stay with you for the rest of your life”, he said.
ELEFANT AND THE FANS
Guille Milkyway is the triumphant composer who has carried the Goya statue under his arm, a prize for which he has wanted to recognize and thank the artistic musical direction at Elefant Music Supervisión.
For his life line at Elefant, Montse and Luis, well known personalities in the most minority music scenes, or underground, as Guille himself pointed out, he has brimmed over with heart felt praise: “they have so much merit, they are exemplary of independence and self-sufficiency, and even more so in these current times”.
Followers of Guille Milkyway, and of all the musical projects he embarks on, have had their moment of glory at this celebration of the XXIV edition of the Goya awards.
Milkyway also dedicated the award to them despite running the risk of creating a “davidbisbal-like” moment: To all the fans of La Casa Azul because they are the best and I love them so much”.
And finally away from the microphones and cameras the musician insisted on RTVE.es on continuing the dedication to his fans: “I’d never done it before, it seems like a cliché but I really feel so grateful”.
