La seva història no és convencional. Però tampoc ho és la seva música i molt menys els seus membres. Papa Topo ens va captivar per primera vegada fa vuit anys i no han deixat de fer-ho des de llavors. 'Lágrimas de cocodrilo' és el primer single del seu LP, 'Ópalo Negro' (Elefant Records, 2016), tan esperat com el moment de portar sandàlies o menjar el primer gelat de l’estiu. I és que Papa Topo és un d’aquells plaers que et dibuixen un somriure i t’electrifiquen els peus amb la seva proposta pop colorista.

Their story is not usual. Neither is their music or themselves. We fell in love with Papa Topo eight years ago and we haven’t stopped loving them ever since. Lágrimas de cocodrilo (trad. Crocodile tears) it’s their first single from their LP, 'Ópalo Negro' (Elefant Records, 2016). A record everyone is longing for, as much desired as when you put your sandals on, or have the first ice-cream of the summer. Because Papa Topo is one of those pleasures that puts a smile upon your face and electrify your feet with their sunny pop music.
