ALPACA SPORTS is part of the “Blue Tention” collection by Miobell Records

A few months ago, the Japanese label Miobell Records launched “Blue Tention”, a CD collection paying tribute to Tanzaku, a very special format measuring just eight centimetres that was celebrating its 35th anniversary since it was first produced. Wonderful bands have taken part in this collection, including two groups from Elefant: THE YEARNING and LA CASA AZUL. This has allowed us to enjoy the exquisite edition with inserts, lyrics and photographs. The latest volume in the collection includes “Always On My Mind” by ALPACA SPORTS, as well as contributions from bands such as SUGARCLIP, CLÉMENTINE, Kaji Hideki, CLOUDBERRY JAM and even the collaborative project by the label's own artists, MIOBELL LAß.
