SOLEÁ MORENTE y LA CASA AZUL “Ahora O Nunca” Single Digital

When Soleá and Guille work together, the chemistry between the two of them creates astonishingly beautiful star charts. “Ahora O Nunca” is a Digital Single clearly inspired by the melodic duos of the seventies that sang about falling out of love, about forbidden love, about star-crossed lovers, like that “Por Amor” by Junior and Rocío Dúrcal (which unfortunately was never released on an album and was only caught on tape in a performance on TVE), “Callados” by Camilo Sesto and Ángela Carrasco, “Tú Eres” by Lorenzo Santamaría and Victoria Abril, some singles by Sergio and Estíbaliz and so many other songs from that period. We can also find some of that melodic Italian pop from the late 70s, with those lyrics full of eroticism and secret romance, as well as a touch of that marvelous single from 1982 by Claudia Mori and Adriano Celentano “No Sucederá Más”.

 

On this occasion, the duo’s chemistry comes out strong with that production somewhere between dream disco and the melodies that are so typical of the best songs by LA CASA AZUL. The rest is infinitely magical, epic, delicate, exciting to the point of no return. Just thinking that this song could be played on stages by both artists is a dream. This is one of those songs that dreams are made of. It is the perfect song for the end of this summer, of the kind of summer that raises passions and hidden romance. It is a song that connects with the most contemporary sounds, with duets by Daniella Spalla, Eva de Marce, Loyal Lobos and THE MARIAS, and the memory of our beloved THE CHAMANAS. It is a song that will be included on both artists’ new albums; you will be able to find it soon on the new album that Soleá is making with Guille, and also on the new LA CASA AZUL album.
