Thanks to the production skills of Wharton Tiers -usual engineer of SONIC YOUTH masterpieces-, BEEF manage to go beyond in their quest in the land of sharp, wild guitars. This time they put their most avant-garde side in the back burner, to give us their most rocking album so far. But there’s also room for excellent pop songs such as “Highlights”.
