This dreamy collaboration between former Stereolab vocalist Sadier and Italian producer/multi-instrumentalist Tuma finds Sadier bringing a sultry swagger to Tuma’s swaying reggae number on the plug side, while the late-night jazzy cocktail lounge weeper on the flip harks back to the best of Billie Holiday’s torch songs, complete with tantalizingly sweet piano tinkling and syrupy string embellishments. Pure magic.
