Liz’s soft vocals float beautifully over the backing harmonies. ‘Never Thought I’d See The Day’ will see you jumping out of your seat and dancing around without a care in the world. ‘Where Does Your Heart Belong’ is a lovely song which sees Liz lamenting over whether too leave a relationship.

The album continues with so many timeless classic pop songs ‘That Boy Is Mine’ takes you back to the 60’s. ‘It’s Not The Same’ contains a dramatic melody that allows the listener to become fully engrossed in the song. ‘The Grass Is Always Greener On The Other Side’ will cheer you up even when you are at your lowest. ‘Baby Won’t You Stay With Me Tonight’ continues to showcase the talent of this band, so much thought has gone into the instrumentation in the song, the way this band allows the music and vocals to blend together is a match made in heaven. ‘You Make Me Hear Music (Inside My Head) is the perfect ending to the album, such a sweet song that anyone who is in love with music will relate to every word that is being sung.

The School are a band that you can’t live you life without hearing, they make writing and performing pop music seem like the most natural thing in the world. The songs that The School create is pop music at its very best, this is the music that should be dominating the charts.
